Lindsay Lohan beg and pleaded, but to no avail - she will be serving 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab! Sucks for you Lindsay!
TMZ reports:

The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.

Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, “I did the best I could.”

Funnyman Dave Chappelle, known for hits like Half Baked and the Dave Chappelle show, was so rowdy on board a flight last week that the pilot had to divert the plane and land right away!

During a flight on a private jet headed to Ohio from New Jersey, the comedian “freaked out” and became unruly by refusing to put his seatbelt on and then repeatedly walked into the cockpit, asking how much longer the flight would be. At one point, he even grabbed the pilot’s arms!

Apparently the actor told flight crew and hotel personnel that he couldn’t remember where he lived. Oops! Sounds a little worse for wear to us!

TMZ is reporting that sources tell them that super-fox Heather Locklear just got out of 30 days of rehab for prescription pills.

Sources say Locklear successfully completed the program and, as one person familiar with the situation says, “She’s doing great.”

Robert Pattinson claims he would like to record and album, direct a film, and start a religion! Good luck with that, Edward!

Mel Gibson seems to have really stepped in it BIG time now! The actor has been accused of going on a curse-laden, racist, abusive rant against his ex - and it was all caught on tape!

His abusive and disgusting rant was caught on audio tape and includes a wish that the mother of his infant daughter be “raped by a pack of [N-words]”

Then Mel went on to say, according to the Huffington Post:

“You’re an embarrassment to me. You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”

“How dare you act like such a bitch when I have been so f**king nice.”

“I am going to come and burn the f**king house down… but you will blow me first.”

Mel Gibson’s camp has neither confirmed nor denied the incident caught on tape, but seriously, ouch.

Vince Neil, legendary Motley Crue lead singer has been arrested for a DUI in Las Vegas early this morning. Vince Neil’s tell-all MOetley Crue memoir book “Tattoos & Tequila”, will be released on September 23.

Neil has just released his new solo CD, also titled “Tattoos & Tequila”. Neil, 49, was arrested in Las Vegas and booked at the Clark County Detention Center and faces one count of DUI-Liquor, Las Vegas police spokesman Bill Cassell told CNN.

We know he’s popular,but this is ridiculous! Edward Cullen, or Robert Pattinson as he is less commonly known, has to be surrounded by up to 11 security personnel whenever he goes out and about. Kellan Lutz, his Twilight co-star, let it slip to Parade magazine that he is concerned for Pattinson’s safety sometimes.

The American tells Parade magazine, “We’ve all stayed so down to earth, and it’s just funny to see life change for the people around us, especially Rob. It’s like, when a fan lunges at him and you only see one bodyguard around, and then 10 more jump out of the crowd, where they’ve been hiding.

“God, it’s crazy to think about needing a bodyguard, but Rob can’t take any chances. He’s a heartthrob, but he’s also a great guy and we all love him because he hasn’t changed as a person.”

Michael Jackson’s Father, Joe Jackson, intends to take Dr. Conrad Murray to court to file a civil wrongful death claim. Murray was the physician in charge when Michal Jackson passed away last year.

Justin Bieber is doing his part to help out victims of the horrible BP Gulf oil spill. Justin will be appearing in a two-hour telethon special of Larry King Live, to raise money for the United Way, the National Wildlife Federation, and other relief organizations who will use the money to contribute to cleanup operation in the gulf. Other stars will also be in attendance. No word if Kanye West will complain that Barack Obama doesn’t care about birds.
